Bearings checked for wear and play and adjusted (where applicable) Wheels trued and spokes tension checked Headset checked for wear or play and adjusted Bottom bracket checked for wear or play and adjusted where possible Full drive train check, inspected for wear and lubricated Full systematic safety check
